How do I start to sell ?

After you had registered to become a IllusionMall.com member, Click on the SELL button beside the MEMBERS AREA button that provided on the top navigation menu to begin your selling process.

How do i register ?

Click on the Register button that provided on the top navigation menu to begin the registration process.

This enables the system to keep track of items for sale and who bids on what. It protects both us as services providers and you as the buyer and/or seller. Registration is simple and painless.

This auction services is currently provide to members for FREE but we do require that all sellers and buyers be registered.

Why do you need my IC and other personal details ?

IllusionMall.com are providing a safe and secure environment for transactions that occur to our members. Many auction sites have bidders and sellers that are not serious, and thus result in dissatisfied parties we now on the other hand are trying to eliminate such practices by using the IC as a form or verification so that we know who our members are. You can read our privacy clause, if in doubt.

Why is activation required ?

We need the activation process for two reasons :

� To check that all pertinent information is provided before you become a user.
� To authenticate your e-mail address and registration details.

If you provide us with an invalid e-mail address, you will not be able to use the IllusionMall.com services.

How do I activate my account ?

An e-mail will be send immediately to your e-mail address with an activation link. After you receive the confirmation e-mail with the activation link, then click on the activation link for activate your account.

What is a Verified Member ?

A verified user is a member who has registered an account with us and submitted a copy of their IC or driving license to us and sent us their Account Details via sms for further verification.
All verified users will have a special icon (

) attached to their User ID in all their trading activities. This serves to tell members that they have been verified by

IllusionMall.com and they are serious about trading with other members.

How do I become a Verified Member ?

It's so easy and Just 4 steps you will become a verified member.

Step 1. Registered as normal member
Step 2. Submit a copy of your I.C. or Driving License via e-mail admin@IllusionMall.com

We only accept very clear copies, try lowering your photocopy tone level before making the copy of your IC, and please do cross them, if possible.

If your registered information is incomplete or in error, please include the corrected information with the e-mail.

Step 3. Send us your IllusionMall.com Account Username and Password via SMS +6016 5486173 ( Please do not contact us, verification requires us to contact you. )
Step 4. After the verification, your account will be upgraded immediately.

How do I submit a copy of my IC to you ?

You can choose either of two methods : (Either IC or Driving License)

Scan a copy and e-mail it to us at admin@IllusionMall.com

What is the user ID and Password for ?

When you transact online, you can choose not to disclose your real name, and hence, choose a "virtual identity" for yourself. When you access this account that you have created, or interact with other members, you are known by this User ID. The password serves as a protection against someone utilizing your account.

Is it safe buy from members ?

We utilize verification methods and procedures to record the identity of our members. As such, there is a level of security that has been implemented in doing so.

However, we cannot ensure 100% safety as many things could happen while making the exchange. Our advice is to meet up in a public area, and as always, there is more safety in numbers.

We advice our members to trade only with other verified members

IllusionMall.com is only a venue to facilitate buying and selling. We are not responsible for any fraud activities by any member who abuses the services. However, we will provide adequate assistance for members who are having problems in trading.

Payment & Money Transactions. Be it a verified member or normal member, if you are not sure of the other party, please do not bank in your money into their account. If you need our assistance to facilitate secure payment, please contact us at admin@IllusionMall.com we provide secure payment services at a small fees.

What if the Successful Bidder refuse to buy the item ?

This is the most ask question in our previous FAQ section.

Here's the steps you should take :

Step 1
1. If the bidder is not serious about their bid, please report to us, we will suspend their account from trading and subject to our investigation whether to release the account. However, we are not obliged to permanently suspend any member.

Please make sure your posting description is accurate and you do not provide any misleading information in your posting detail.

Successful bidders must have valid reasons for changing their mind after winning an auction. We take this seriously and will take appropriate action, such as suspending the bidder's account if no valid reason is provided.

Step 2
Offer to the second or third highest bidder. Please always remember there are others who's interested in your item as well. So, make them an offer.

Step 3
If you have paid for the posting, please submit your claim for refund via our feedback form by stating the bidder ID, item id and reason for your claim.

What Benefits of becoming a Verified Member ?

Added security - As a verified member, you are given a higher status than normal members. Other traders will want to trade with you, as they know you are an authenticated IllusionMall.com member.

Exclusive auction - Once you are verified, you will be given the choice to deal only with other verified members. This will eliminate bidders who are not serious and with whom you may not be able to reach.

Icon attachment - Each time your user ID is displayed, a special icon (

) will indicate that you have been authenticated.

Special Auctions - When special auctions are held by IllusionMall.com with premium products, bidding will be reserved only for verified members.

Priority Fraud Checking - In the event of fraud, we will endeavor to track down and resolve all cases in the shortest time possible. All members are required to be verified before receiving any assistance.

How do I have a Bid ?

After browsing through the auction site, if you find an item you would like to have, then place a bid ( after you register, if you haven't already done so ) for the item. This is done by filling in the amount you wish to bid and auto-bid amount, followed by clicking on the "Place Your Bid" button located at the bottom of the page. On the next page, enter your User ID and password, and you will have successfully placed your bid.

What is Maximum Bid and AutoBid ?

Each time you enter a maximum bid, your automatic proxy, autobid goes to work for you.

Autobid lets you set an upper bidding limit, which is your maximum bid, while keeping your actual bids as low as possible.

If another party beats your initial bid, autobid raises your bid by one single increment more than the challenging bid. This pattern continues until another bidder exceeds your maximumn bid, or until you win the auction.

For Example :

If the system shows a current bid is RM7.00 and your maximun bid is RM 200.00, if another challenging bidder bid at RM8.00 , your autobid will help you to place the next lower bid, which is RM9.00. This pattern will continue and it will stop when another bidder place RM201.00 as his bid. The autobid will stop as your maximun bid is only RM200.00

You will then need to come back and place a new maximum bid.
