In General, IllusionMall does not intentionally disclose individually identifiable personal information about our users to any third party without first receiving that user's permission.

This policy applies specifically to e-mail address, office and home contact number, address and any other personal individually identifiable information which we collect from our users.

For accountability and control purposes, we do require a user's full name, e-mail address, residential address, phone contact and IC number and any other relevant information from time to time during the registration for an account.

We rarely use your e-mail address, mailing address or office / home phone number, except in the following instances :

1. To contact you regarding administrative notices from time to time.
2. We will use the address and billing information to bill you.
3. We use the information and past archives and activities to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our terms and conditions of using our services.
4. For order fulfillment purposes, we do need to provide your name, address, contact and e-mail address to our dealers in order to deliver mechandise to your doorstep.
5. User Uncontactable - If user are unable to reply to our seller / bidder within an acceptable period of time (48 hours), we reserve the right to release all related contact information to the other party involve including your contact address.
6. Winning Auctions - As long as there's a winning auction, both seller's and buyer's contact email and phone will be made available to each other to facilitate the closing, delivery and payment of the auctions.
   

We do not sell or lease our email lists or any other individually identifiable information to other parties.
